This homemade Asian dressing is incredibly versatile—made with simple pantry staples—and works great on salads, as a marinade, or as a dipping sauce.


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1/3 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Put the oil, vinegar, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, ginger, and sesame oil into a small jar with a secure lid. Shake it vigorously to mix everything well, or blend all the ingredients together until smooth and uniform.
  2. After this, Allow flavors to blend at room for at least 30 minutes. Or, refrigerate for up to 4 days.
