Description

You can quickly make grilled fajita vegetables similar to those at Chipotle. They are bright, crisp-tender, and healthy, and only take a few minutes to prepare. Feel free to include any additional vegetables you like.

2 large green peppers stemmed, cored, and sliced

1 large red onion thinly sliced

1/2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried

1/2 teaspoon Salt


Instructions

  1. First of all, In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat until shimmering. Add the peppers, onions, oregano, and salt.
