Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup aged cheddar + extra for sprinkling on top
- 1 Steam Gourmet Garlic & Herb seasoning & parchment packet
- 2 cups cooked orzo pasta
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees farenheit.
- Place mascarpone cheese in a microwave safe bowl and melt for about 30 seconds until softened. Mix with marinara sauce of your choice with a fork until fully combined.
- Place about 1/2 cup of the sauce on a plate and set aside.
- Slice halfway through your chicken making a crease big enough to stuff in cheese. Stuff in as much of your aged cheddar as you can then seal closed.
- Dredge each side of the chicken breast into the 1/2 cup of sauce and evenly season with garlic & herb seasoning. Place the chicken breasts into your parchment steam packet, fold and seal shut.
- Bake chicken in the oven for 35 minutes. Once done baking, allow to rest for 5 minutes. Mix the rest of your sauce, aged cheddar and orzo pasta together then serve with the chicken. Enjoy!
