Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen rasperries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 Tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • Sweetner of choice (optional)

Toppings

  • Handful of granola
  • Coconut chips
  • Sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. Place all smoothie ingredients into a high powered blender and blend until completley smooth. Pour into a bowl or large glass and top with granola, coconut chips and sliced almonds. Eat with a spoon immediatley!
