Honey Almond Olive Oil Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Sea salt to taste
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit. Toss oats, almond meal, brown sugar, cinnamon and sea salt in a large bowl. In a separate bowl whisk together honey and olive oil. Pour into the oats mixture and stir until combined. Fold in chopped almonds.
  2. Lay out on a parchment lined baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes, tossing every 15 minutes. Allow granola to completely cool before serving (at least 20 minutes).
