Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 Tbsp greek yogurt (optional)
- 1/2 cup oat bran*
- 1/2 cup flaxseed meal (ground flaxseed)
- Dash of sea salt
- Handful of dark chocolate chunks
- Optional add ins: peanut butter chips, chopped peanuts, melted chocolate to drizzle on top
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon or frosting spatula until completley combined. It will resemble a cookie dough and be slightly sticky, but still firm.
- Press the dough into an 8×8 parchment lined baking tray. Make sure you line it with parchment paper first! Press down the dough with the back of your spatula until evenly distributed. If you want you can drizzle melted chocolate over the bars before placing in the fridge. Allow the dough to cool up in the fridge for atleast 30 minutes before cutting into squares
Notes
- Bars stay fresh in the refrigerator, covered or uncovered.
- Makes 12-16 bars.
