Banana Berry Overnight Oats Parfait

Ingredients

  • 1/31/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
  • Handful of chopped strawberries
  • Granola of choice
  • 1 Tbsp peanut butter

Instructions

  1. Combine oats, greek yogurt, almond milk, mashed banana and chia seeds in a bowl until well combined. Store covered in the fridge overnight to allow to oats to thicken.
  2. The next morning layer your oats in a jar with strawberries, granola and peanut butter. Or you can simply top the overnight oats with these ingredients if you’re short on time!

Serves 1.

Must be prepared the night before.
